Multi-discipline expertise under one roof
Architecture, structural, civil, surveying and rendering, coordinated by one team so your project moves from site data to issued drawings without changing hands.
Architecture Drafting
Town planning drawings, development application and construction certificate documentation (or your state’s equivalent approval sets), design development and construction drawings for residential and commercial projects. We draft directly inside your templates, title blocks and layer standards, so every sheet is ready to issue under your firm’s name.

- What we need
- A brief in whatever form you have it, from concept plans to sample house plans with a facade the client likes. With it, the survey plan, the plan of subdivision and the site’s planning controls (a planning property report or section 10.7 certificate), plus the soil report and any heritage or environmental assessment the council asks for.
- Typical projects
- Houses, duplexes, granny flats, townhouses, mixed-use buildings and commercial fitouts.
Structural Engineering
Structural design, documentation and detailed drawings to AS/NZS standards: footings, retaining walls, steel connections, timber framing and more. We support projects from concept through to construction documentation, and every package is prepared for your engineer to review and certify.

- What we need
- Architectural drawings, the geotechnical report, a scope of works and the wind classification start every job; easement details, the services protection report or sewer information and, for alterations, site inspection photos and notes follow where the site has them. For a pool, the builder’s layout and hydraulics, the soil report and anything standing near the dig.
- Typical projects
- Residences, duplexes, warehouses, basements, retaining structures and pools.
Civil & Drainage
Stormwater drainage, WSUD, OSD design, pump calculations and box gutter engineering for council compliance. We work to the local authority requirements in your council area, in every Australian state, so submissions move through approval without avoidable requests for information.

- What we need
- The architect’s drawings and the survey, the BASIX certificate in NSW or the planning permit in Victoria, and the legal point of discharge or the council’s stormwater requirements. Easement and underground services information where they exist, and a scope of works if the council has already asked for something specific.
- Typical projects
- Multi-dwelling developments, subdivisions, commercial buildings and residential sites.
Surveying
Feature and level survey drawings, boundary re-establishment drawings, contour mapping and site analysis documentation, all drafted from your field data. Accurate survey drawings are the base every later discipline builds on, so we check them against the brief before anything moves downstream.

- What we need
- The surveyor’s field data or point file with the datum and bench marks it was taken on, field sketches and site photos, the plan of subdivision for the title bearings and distances, and a line on what the plan is for. For a set-out plan, the design drawings and the title re-establishment plan as well.
- Typical projects
- Residential lots, sloping and foreshore sites, and residential subdivisions.
3D Renders
Photorealistic visualisations for DA submissions, client presentations and marketing, produced in Enscape straight from the documented model, so what your client approves is what the drawings show.

- What we need
- Floor plans and a written description of the house are enough to build the model; elevations or your own model save time. Add a materials and finishes description, reference images of the look you are after, and whether the images are for a DA, a client presentation or marketing, since each is framed differently.
- Typical projects
- Homes, apartments, townhouses, childcare centres and offices.
