Before you send the first job
Straight answers to what Australian firms want to know about working with an offshore team.
Do you certify drawings or act as the engineer of record?
No. We prepare design, documentation and drafting to the relevant Australian Standards. Your own registered professionals review, verify and certify the work, and your firm lodges it. This keeps responsibility clear and your name on the project.
Which standards and codes do you work to?
Australian Standards including AS 3600, AS 4100, AS 2870, AS 1684 and AS/NZS 3500, the National Construction Code, and the council requirements in each project’s area. We work with firms in every Australian state and territory, and have delivered extensively in NSW, VIC and QLD.
Can you work in our templates and software?
Yes. We draft in your title blocks, layer standards, families and naming conventions, and deliver in the formats you use, including DWG, RVT and PDF. For structural analysis we use SpaceGass and Structural Toolkit.
How do you protect our drawings and client information?
Every engagement is covered by confidentiality terms and we sign NDAs on request. Files are handled on secure systems with access limited to the people working on your project.
How quickly can we start?
Send us a current project with your standards and we will confirm scope, fee and turnaround before any work begins. Most firms start with a single package and expand from there.
How is the work priced?
Packages are quoted per project from your brief. Ongoing and dedicated-team arrangements are priced to the volume you need. Ask us for a quote on a real job and you will have a firm number to compare.
What time zone do you work in?
Our office in Ho Chi Minh City is on ICT (UTC+7), 3 to 4 hours behind Australian eastern time. We are available Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00 and Saturday mornings.
Who will we be dealing with?
You get a single point of contact who manages your work and coordinates across disciplines. Our Managing Director, Quyen Tran, is directly reachable for new partnerships.
More projects on your desk than your team can handle?
Send us the next one. We will confirm scope, fee and turnaround before any work starts, and deliver it in your templates under your name.
